Norman Morris has a unique background, formed by being the son of a Military Diplomat, based on the mainland of Europe, educated in England and who has carried out business world-wide.

 

His Career has included; International Sales, at the Times of London Newspaper, New Business Director at London's top "British" Advertising Agency, Deputy Director Communications at the Financial Times Newspaper Group (Launched the International Edition out of Frankfurt), Commercial Counselor, Ministry of Industry, Trade, Technology & Tourism with the Government of Ontario, in London, leading Trade Missions not only in the UK, but also Germany. Also was active in seeking Investment for Ontario.

 

In Canada he became the Director Government Relations for a marketing company, visiting all the Provinces, working closely with the Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments. He later became the Director of Strategic Alliances & International Affairs at Rogers Publishing.

 

In the Last 20 years he has carried out assignments in China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Chile, South Africa, Europe, working closely with Diplomats & Embassies in Toronto, Ottawa and world-wide.

 

Currently he holds senior volunteer positions with the British, European, Hong Kong, Chinese and various other International Chambers. He has presented internationally on a wide variety of topics.

Idalia Obregon is an entrepreneur, engineer, marketer and leader with experience spanning a wide range of not-for- profit and private sectors in Canada, Latin America, United States and the EU. She is the President and Founder of an international management consulting and marketing firm with the purpose of promoting trade and investment between Canada, Latin American and European markets called "Exito Trade Consulting Inc." She is also the Past-President and Founder of the Toronto Hispanic Chamber of Commerce covering 19 countries.

 

Idalia Obregon started her Trade Consulting Company in 2004 in the area that she naturally knew best, trade between Canada and Mexico, and she then expanded her activities to South America. Due to the business of her clients she continued to expand world-wide, covering a wide range of activities with corporate and non – profit organizations and dealing will all levels of government, both Canadian and foreign.

 

Currently one of her high profile clients include the British Canadian Chamber of Trade and Commerce, with divisions in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver; she has also been invited to represent the Hispanic Business Community at the Supplier Diversity Advisory Council (SDAC) in the Pan/ParaPan Am Games TO2015.

 

She has a great deal of experience assessing SME's needs and opportunities while they are considering exporting. She has organized and presented at various events, and brought together delegations of Canadian-Hispanic executives attending Conferences and Expos in four Spanish speaking countries and the US.
